Family and friends are mourning the passing of Daniel “Danny” Taylor, who died peacefully at Noble’s Hospital on Friday, June 26, at the age of 62. His death has brought sadness to all who knew him, as loved ones remember a man whose kindness, friendship, and warm personality left a lasting impression on many throughout the Isle of Man community.
Danny was known as a caring and genuine individual who valued the relationships he built throughout his life. Whether among family, friends, neighbors, or acquaintances, he was appreciated for his welcoming nature, sense of humor, and willingness to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed. Those who knew him will remember him for the many moments of friendship, laughter, and support he shared over the years.
His passing has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of those closest to him. Family and friends continue to reflect on the cherished memories they created with Danny, finding comfort in the lasting impact he made through his compassion and generosity.
A funeral service to celebrate Danny’s life will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, July 17, at Douglas City Crematorium. In accordance with his wishes, attendees are respectfully asked to wear black or burgundy.
The family has requested family flowers only. Those wishing to honor Danny’s memory may make donations to the MS Society Isle of Man or the Queens Pier Restoration Trust, causes that were meaningful to him.
